About Dr. Jon Denning

I’m Dr. Jon Denning — a chiropractor by training, with a clinical focus on metabolism, hormones, and chronic pain.

My background includes over a decade in sports medicine and hands-on chiropractic care. That foundation still informs my work — but my focus has shifted. Today, I help patients solve problems that aren’t just mechanical. Fatigue. Hormonal shifts. Stress-driven symptoms. Pain that doesn’t respond the way it used to.

Most of the people I work with have already tried functional medicine or conventional care. They’ve done the tests, followed the plans, and still don’t feel right. My approach is different. It’s built around understanding how your system is responding to stress — and what needs to shift to restore function and energy.

There are no templates here. No protocol loops. Just focused evaluation, clear reasoning, and personalized support for people who are ready to overcome their health concerns without harmful pharmaceuticals, overpriced labs and protocols, or crazy diet fads that don't last.

What I Treat

I work with patients dealing with complex, overlapping issues — the kind that don’t respond to surface-level solutions.

Low energy and fatigue
Energy crashes, sleep disruption, poor recovery — often driven by stress metabolism and low fuel availability.

Metabolic dysfunction
Blood sugar instability, weight gain, and stress-driven patterns that don’t respond to diet or exercise alone.

Hormonal dysfunction
Low testosterone, estrogen excess, and poor response to HRT/TRT — often rooted in deeper energy deficits.

Thyroid dysfunction
Cold hands, brain fog, digestive slowdown, and fatigue — even with “normal” labs.

Chronic pain
Tension, nerve sensitivity, or recurring injuries that reflect poor adaptation and low metabolic reserve.

Cardiovascular stress
Blood pressure issues, elevated lipids, or palpitations — often driven by thyroid suppression and mineral imbalance.

How It Works

All patients start with the Clinical Reset — a 3-visit intake that includes strategic evaluation, optional lab testing, and a clear treatment plan. From there, you can continue with ongoing care if it makes sense.
