🧾 General Practice Information

Front Range Functional Medicine & Chiropractic provides services through a private-pay model. We do not bill insurance directly, allowing us to focus on comprehensive, individualized care without restriction. All services are offered through structured Recovery Packages or self-pay sessions as outlined in our pricing and membership options.

💳 Payment & Booking Policies

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and electronic payments.

  • A valid card is required to be kept on file for all patients.

  • Services are non-refundable once rendered.

⏰ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time — and we reserve your appointment specifically for you.

  • Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the visit fee.

  • No-shows will be charged in full and may impact eligibility for future scheduling.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in discharge from care.

📁 Medical Records & Privacy

  • We take your privacy seriously. All health information is stored securely and handled according to HIPAA standards.

  • We will never share or release your records without your written consent, unless required by law.

  • If you would like a copy of your records, please submit a written request.

🩺 Scope of Care

Front Range Functional Medicine & Chiropractic offers services related to functional medicine, chiropractic care, movement rehabilitation, and soft tissue therapy. We do not serve as a primary care provider.

Please contact your PCP or emergency services for:

  • Acute medical conditions

  • Medication management

  • Emergency care

🧪 Lab Testing & Supplements

  • Any recommended lab testing is paid for directly by the patient. We partner with select third-party labs, and costs will be discussed in advance.

  • Nutritional supplements may be recommended, but purchases are always optional. You may choose your own source or use our dispensary links.

📞 Communication

  • We offer secure messaging via our patient portal.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for responses during business hours.

  • Phone consultations outside of scheduled visits may be subject to a fee.
